The Ethical and Business Imperatives of Retaining Diverse YP Talent in Omaha: Part Two, The Recommendations
Last November the Alliance had a Dialogue event on The Ethical and Business Imperatives of Retaining Diverse YP Talent in Omaha. We had a meaningful discussion about why Black YPs in Omaha do not feel they have good job prospects or mentors in our city. We heard your requests to continue the important discussion, and we will do that at our spring Dialogue. Join us as we dive into the Chamber and Urban League's recommendations on how we can make Omaha a welcoming city for YPs of all backgrounds.
Coffee and networking begin at 7:10 AM.
