Ethics Yoga is a time for us to get together and reflect on how the practice of yoga can fit in with the workplace. Yoga offers a time for flexibility, stress relief, health, and physical fitness. But, Yoga also offers self-reflection, the practice of kindness and self-compassion, and continued growth and self-awareness. These combined traits go hand in hand with our ethical training.

Come join us at the Om Center in the Old Market for an Ethics Yoga session guided by one of our professional instructors. This is an all levels class, come as you are, all are welcomed.
